NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: The "NASCAR Hologram Rewards Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes" or "Promotion") is open to individual legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older (19 or older if a resident of AL or NE and 21 in MS) at the time of entry. Officers, directors and employees of OpSec Security, Inc. ("Sponsor"), NASCAR, Inc. ("NASCAR®"), NASCAR® Licensees and NASCAR Official Partners, each of their respective affiliates, and each of their respective employees, directors, shareholders, officers, members, assigns, agents, judges, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers or any other persons or entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Release Parties"), and persons residing in the same households of each of these individuals, whether related or not, are ineligible to enter or win. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law.
ENTRY PERIODS: Weekly Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on December 27, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on November 24, 2013 ("Entry Period"). Grand Prize Winner Entry Period begins at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on December 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on October 1, 2013 ("Grand Prize Entry Period").
HOW TO ENTER:
1. Weekly Online Entry Method with Hologram Code: Registration requires a hologram code ("Code") found on the NASCAR® Official Hologram stickers (on all Officially Licensed NASCAR® products). To enter, complete the official registration form available at nascarhologram.com. Click on "Register," and follow the on-screen instructions to proceed. You must provide all information requested to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes. Note: To be eligible for each week's drawing, you will be required to go to nascarhologram.com to re-enter with your code for the present week's drawing. Refer to Section 5 for entry and drawing dates.
2. Mail-in Entry Methods:
  1. Registration requires hologram code found on the NASCAR® Official Hologram stickers, which are found on all Officially Licensed NASCAR® products. In the event a consumer purchases an item without a sticker, or if a consumer would like to enter without purchasing a NASCAR® Officially Licensed product, a free code is available on the homepage of NASCAR.COM/hologram or mail a code request with a self-addressed first-class stamped envelope ("SASE") to

    Mail-in requests require both an outer mailing envelope and a SASE, which must be handwritten and must be postmarked by October 1, 2013 and received by Sponsor no later than October 4, 2013 to be entered into the Grand Prize drawing.
  2. To be entered into the weekly drawings without a code you are required to send weekly a self-addressed first class stamped envelope ("SASE") to

    with both an outer mailing envelope and a SASE, which must be handwritten and must be postmarked by the dates as provided in the Weekly Drawing Dates and Notification Schedule Chart in Section 5 of these Official Rules.
Limit one entry per person/household/email address/per day regardless method of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it determines, in its sole discretion, has violated any provision of these Official Rules or the Web Site's Terms of Use at www.opsec.com, as applicable, and its decisions in this regard are final. Proof that you entered the Sweepstakes online or submitted an entry by mail does not constitute evidence that we actually received it by the appropriate deadline. Incomplete and/or illegible entries are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
INTERNET LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this termination or suspension date. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

WEEKLY WINNER SELECTIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS: Each week, for a period of forty (40) weeks, beginning February 20, 2012 and ending November 25, 2012, One (1) randomly drawn potential winner will be notified by email or phone (refer to timeline chart below). Administrator will randomly select each potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received according to the timeline chart below. Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone after the date of random drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification, or does not respond with complete contact information as requested by the voice message, or is found to be ineligible, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. All non-winning entries from one drawing period will be rolled over to the following drawing period, including AMOE entries. The decisions of Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator, as applicable, will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Each eligible prizewinner will be featured on the Sponsor's Website with their first name and with initial only of last name, depending on which of the two is available and the state they reside in.

Each Week's Entry Period begins each Monday at 12:00:01 AM (ET) and each Week's Entry Period ends the following Sunday 11:59:59 AM (ET). Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The Grand Prize Winner will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about October 3, 2012 by Compliance Sweepstakes Service, the official judging organization ("Administrator"), whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by mail. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The prize must be executed on the estimated dates of November 28 through December 1, 2012. Exact dates will be revealed at time of drawing.
PRIZES:

Forty (40) First Prize Winners One (1) prize issued every week beginning February 20, 2012 and ending November 25, 2012 as per Weekly Winner Drawing Date Chart (Sect. 5). To view the current week's prize, go to nascarhologram.com .Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all Weekly Prizes is $2,000.00.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) nights experience for two (2) persons at the 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ Awards Ceremony ("Trip" or "Event"), on Sponsor-selected dates. Prize includes: [i] hotel accommodations (one standard room/double occupancy, including room tax) for three (3) nights; [ii] two (2) tickets to the 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ Awards Ceremony and VIP experience for two (2). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of prize: USD $4,400.00.

Total ARV of Prize Pool is $6,400.00.
GRAND PRIZE TRIP AND TICKET CONDTIONS: All travel arrangements will be made through a travel agent selected by Sponsor. Hotel regulations and conditions apply. In order to access all areas of VIP experience, Winner and guest must sign NASCAR's standard releases and waivers and must be the age of majority in the state of Trip destination city. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are excluded and are solely the winner's responsibility, including, but not limited to: round-trip transportation between winner's residence and the hotel, room service, parking fees, laundry service, food, mini-bar charges, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities and service charges. NASCAR® in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or postpone the specified 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ Awards Ceremony due to inclement weather or otherwise, in which case that specific portion of the prize will not be awarded. The total value of the hotel accommodations and VIP experience cannot exceed $4,400.00. All tickets and VIP experience are subject to the standard rules and procedures of NASCAR.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event any offered prize or any portion thereof becomes unavailable for any reason. No other substitution or transfer of prize is permitted. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Any depiction of prize is for illustrative purposes only. Prize elements may not be separated. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise.
GRAND PRIZE ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS: The Grand Prize Winner ("Grand Prize Winner") is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. The value of the Prize may be taxable as income and the Winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the Grand Prize. The winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and return it within 14 days of written notification. Travel companion must execute travel companion waiver prior to issuance of travel documents. If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, or if potential winner fails to return requisite document within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected for the prize at issue. All taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize must be executed on the estimated dates of November 28 through December 1, 2012. Final dates will be determined in October 2012. The winner agrees to accept the travel dates specified in the Sweepstakes. If the winner cannot travel or attend the VIP Event on such dates, the prize will be forfeited. The Prize awarded consisting of products/services for two people require that you and your companion redeem the prize together. It is each winner's sole responsibility for winner and any guest to obtain and travel with the required documents.
RELEASES: All Participants, as a condition of participation in this Sweepstakes promotion, agree to release Sponsor and Sweepstakes Promotion Parties ("Release Parties") from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, garbled, undelivered or otherwise ineligible registrations, e-mail, messages and/or other transmissions related to this Promotion. The Released Parties shall not be responsible for typographical, human and/or other errors, or for any electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor may disqualify any participant if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Sponsor representatives.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Pennsylvania, in the City of Lancaster, County of Lancaster, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.

For Participant, to the extent there is a conflict between Official Rules appearing any other location and any terms of use or other agreements posted on the Sponsor's Web Site, these are the Official Rules to be abided by.
