NASCAR Hologram Reward National Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES

• 1. ELIGIBILITY: NASCAR Hologram Reward Sweepstakes ("Promotion") is open to individual legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of J. Patton ("Sponsor"), NASCAR, Inc. ("NASCAR®"), NASCAR® Licensees and NASCAR Official Partners, each of their respective affiliates, and each of their respective employees, directors, shareholders, officers, members, assigns, agents, judges, advertising and promotion agencies and persons residing in the same households of each of these individuals, whether related or not ("Released Parties"), are ineligible to enter or win. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law.
• 2. HOW TO ENTER: Complete the official registration form available at nascarhologram.com. Click on "Register," and follow the on-screen instructions to proceed. You must provide all information requested to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on Monday, November 9, 2009, and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on Sunday, October 31, 2010 ("Promotion Period"). Limit one entry per person/household/email address/per day. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Use of automated devices not valid for entry. Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
*Registration requires hologram code found on the NASCAR® Official Hologram stickers, which are found on all Officially Licensed NASCAR® products. In the event a consumer purchases an item without a sticker, or if a consumer would like to enter without purchasing a NASCAR® Officially Licensed product, a free code is available on the homepage of NASCAR.COM/hologram or mail request to NASCAR Hologram Rewards, 3450 Rivergreen Court, Duluth, GA 30096 .
• 3. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The Grand Prize Winner will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about Thursday, November 4, 2010 by J. Patton the official judging organization ("Administrator"), whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by mail. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Potential Grand Prize Winner (and if less than the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of primary residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability which must be signed and received within four (4) days of date printed on notification or an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing, time permitting. Grand Prize Winner must travel on Sponsor-selected dates (dates subject to change) or forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected, time permitting. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (i.e. valid photo I.D.) before departure. Guest will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. A Minor may not participate in the Trip unless the winner is the Minor's Parent/Legal Guardian. A Minor may not have access to all areas of the VIP experience. If any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing, time permitting.
• 4. PRIZE: a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for two (2) persons to a 2010 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ Awards Ceremony, on Sponsor-selected dates ("Trip"), consisting of the following elements for winner and guest: [a] hotel accommodations (one standard room/double occupancy, including room tax) for three (3) nights; [b] two (2) tickets to the 2010 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ Awards Ceremony and VIP experience for two (2).
• 5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event offered prize or any portion thereof becomes unavailable for any reason. No other substitution or transfer of prize permitted. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Any depiction of prize is for illustrative purposes only. Prize elements may not be separated. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable income taxes including federal, state, and local taxes on prize and any expenses not listed herein relating to acceptance and use of prize.
• 6. ADDITIONAL TERMS: By participating, a participant (and if less than the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of primary residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing if requested) to a) the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and to b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties and any others engaged in the development, production or distribution of promotion materials for this Promotion from any and all liabilities, claims and/or damages arising out of his/her/their participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, garbled, undelivered or otherwise ineligible registrations, e-mail, messages and/or other transmissions related to this Promotion. The Released Parties shall not be responsible for typographical, human and/or other errors, or for any electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. The Promotion is not affiliated, associated or endorsed by any other party. Sponsor may disqualify any participant if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Sponsor representatives. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and to a select winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of such action. In the event that the Promotion has to be cancelled for any reason, a notice will be posted on the website and the prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible sweepstakes entries already received. Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor/Administrator reserve the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent of the law. By entering, each participant (and if less than the age of majority, his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Florida. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
• 7. WINNERS LIST: To obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: NASCAR Hologram Reward Sweepstakes, 3450 Rivergreen Court, Duluth, GA 30096. Requests must be received by Friday, November 26, 2010. Name of Grand Prize Winner will be available after Thursday, November 4, 2010.
